This spice mix goes perfectly with all your white meats and poultry. Use it to add a good bit of flavor by sprinkling it on your meat while cooking or by using it as a marinade with olive oil. Do not add any salt nor pepper, its all in there !
A little hint : once your meat is cooked, take it out of the pan and add a bit of sour cream and mustard to the saucepan, cook for a few seconds and pour over your meat. A true delight !
