You can use this product as a jam, mix it in a yogurt or even in a fruit salad.
You may also use it to make a cake on the go : Buy a spongecake, cut it in half, coat the two sides with a rum syrup mixture, then spread the jam over the bottom half. Cover with the top and apricot the top of the cake, put it in the refrigerator, and it's ready to serve!
